Declaration

  • I am aware that should a Licence be granted to me the collection must take place in strict compliance with the house-to-house colllection regulations as appropriate. I am aware that it is also necessary for me to submit a certified form of statement (return) within one month of the expiry of the licence.
  • Once a licence is issued it will be necessary for the collector to obtain collector badges from the Her Majesty’s Stationery Office. A certificate for information will be issued with the licence so that the collector can obtain the correct amount of badges. We therefore recommend that collectors apply for a licence at least one calendar month prior to the date of the collection so that enough time is available to apply for these badges.

By continuing, you're giving the Cabinet Office permission to pass the information you're supplying to the relevant authority.
