Operational guidance for 2019 to 2020

Local authorities and their schools forums should use this guide to plan the local implementation of the funding system for the 2019 to 2020 financial year.

Disapplication proforma

Local authorities should use this form to make a formal request to the Secretary of State to disapply any part of The School and Early Years Finance (England) Regulations.

1. 21 December 2018

   We have updated the operational guide to reflect current policy positions and the confirmations of funding arrangements in 2019 to 2020, following the School and Early Years Finance (England) (No 2) Regulations 20181 being laid.

   We've added an updated version of the disapplication proforma for 2019 to 2020

   We've corrected an error on the timetable on table 12. The date of the school census day is 4 October 2018.
