You must tell Companies House within 14 days of the change taking place.
Change your company’s registered office address online to update your information as quickly as possible. You’ll need your company authentication code.
You can request to have your authentication code sent to your home address if you cannot access your company’s registered office.
If you use your home address as the company’s registered office address, it will be available to the public.
You’ll need to file a paper form if the company:
- has been defaulted to the Companies House address
- is in liquidation
- is applying to be restored to the register
- is an unregistered company
