Registering a notice with the Public Trustee

Use this service to pay to register your notice to quit.

This does not complete the registration process. Once you have paid and received a reference number, you need to complete the form: Apply to register a notice with the Public Trustee (NL1)

The Public Trustee will not consider your application until they receive the form.
