Ofsted services: forgotten your Government Gateway user ID and password
You might need to create a new Government Gateway account if you have forgotten both your user ID and password.

Look through your emails
Your Government Gateway user ID will have been sent to the email address you used to set up the account.
You should carry out a search on that email address to try and find the email with your user ID.
If you find it, you can follow the guidance for resetting your password.
If you still do not have your Government Gateway user ID or password
You will need to create a new Government Gateway account. You can use the same email address for this as before.
