Documents
Details
This leaflet is for parents with children in primary school.
It sets out how the results from the key stage 1 and key stage 2 national curriculum assessments are used to calculate primary school progress measures. It also explains what these progress measures mean.
Schools may want to share the leaflet with parents.
End of KS1 national curriculum assessments are now optional. This guidance will be updated shortly to reflect these changes. In the meantime, more information is available at National curriculum assessments: optional key stage 1 tests.
