The CMA will publish a register of all significant breaches of market and merger remedies notified to us since 1 April 2020.

Details
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) will publish a register of all significant breaches notified to us since 1 April 2020 of market remedies (made or accepted under sections 159 and 161 of the Enterprise Act 2002) and merger remedies (made or accepted under sections 82 and 84 of the Enterprise Act 2002). This register will be updated on a quarterly basis.
