The European Commission has announced, in Delegated Regulation 2020/1173 , OJ ref. L259, an amendment to trade defence instruments.
The period of pre-disclosure (to interested parties) before the imposition (or non-imposition) of provisional anti-dumping or countervailing duties, is amended from three to four weeks. Please refer to the regulation for details.
This amendment applies to anti-dumping and anti-subsidy initiations started after 11 August 2020.
