You’ll need to sign in to complete the online form using either your:
- email address
- Government Gateway account, if you already have one
You’ll also need to:
- give your contact details, including your telephone number, postal address and email address
- explain why you’re contacting the Adjudicator’s Office
- suggest what you would like to happen next
If you’re representing someone else
You must also:
- give the postal address and email address of the person you’re acting for
- upload a scan or photo of a completed Authority to act form that the person you’re representing has signed
Notice: Update on Encrypted Emails
We use encrypted email to share information quickly and securely with our customers. It protects your personal data and allows us to communicate with you in the way you have chosen.
Recently, we had a problem with our encrypted email service which meant some customers could not open the messages we sent. We have fixed the main issue and most customers can now access encrypted emails as normal.
A small number of customers may still have difficulty opening encrypted emails. If you cannot access a message from us, please contact us and we will arrange another way to send your information.
What this means for you
If you are unable to open an encrypted email from us, please contact us. We will arrange an alternative method of communication where appropriate.
Your data remains secure
Your personal information is still encrypted and protected.
This issue affects access to some emails, not the security of your data.

We are working with our IT suppliers to resolve the remaining issues. We will update this page when the issue is fully resolved.
