The Subsidy Advice Unit (SAU) has published its report providing advice to SG and DLUHC concerning the proposed Green Freeports in Scotland Scheme.
The report includes the SAU’s evaluation of SG and DLUHC’s assessment of compliance of the proposed scheme with the requirements set out in the Subsidy Control Act 2022.
