Details

DCMS makes these payments to its employees for two purposes: (a) special payments made during the year to reward outstanding contributions in particularly demanding tasks or situations; and (b) performance related payments (PRP) to reward highly successful performance over a whole year. PRP are made in line with departmental pay strategy and Cabinet Office principles on performance-related pay.
