Details
On 6 April 2022, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths IOW4 and IOW5. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
On 5 May 2023, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths IOW8 and IOW9. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
The habitats regulation assessment is a revised and updated version of the original document. This revision is in response to:
- additional information gathered after the publication of reports IOW2 to IOW10
- objections and representations received during the consultation on the proposals in those reports
On 28 March 2024, the Secretary of State approved the variation report for Headon Warren (VR1). Their decision is outlined in the notice.
On 7 May 2024, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for length IOW6. Their decision is outlined in the notice.
