The CMA wrote to Shelby Finance Ltd regarding 4 breaches of Part 4 of the Order during 2021 to 2022. Shelby Finance Ltd breached the Order by failing to send out summary of borrowing statements within the time periods stated in the Order. A total of 980 customers were affected.
