Business rates valuation account: sign in or set up

Use your business rates valuation account to:

• report changes that might affect your property’s rateable value to the Valuation Office Agency (VOA)
• challenge your property’s rateable value
• appoint an agent to deal with the VOA for you

This account is for properties in England and Wales.

There’s a different service to find the rateable value of any business property in England or Wales without signing in.

You’ll need to sign in to use this service. If you do not already have sign in details, you’ll be able to create them.
