The Scope of Money Laundering Regulations: Registration: Call Centres and Home Workers
The home workers’ homes are considered to be part of the call centre and registered as one premises for registration purposes, provided all the following conditions are met:
- The home workers are employees of the call centre;
- Customers contract with the call centre and not with the individual home workers themselves; and
- Employees of the call centre (whether based in the call centre or at home) have the same management, and work to the same policies and procedures.
