Authorisation to use simplified procedures: content of letter and summary information

There is one C&E58 authorisation letter, which details the conditions of authorisation for simplified imports, simplified exports and Single Authorisation for Simplified Procedures (SASP). However additional letters may be needed depending on the procedures the trader is to be authorised for. A brief explanation of what each letter relates to and who it should be issued to is given below.

The C&E58 and full completion notes are on the CFSP UoE Intranet web page | || | Temporary Storage Approval Letter and Deed of Undertaking | Only traders authorised for EIDR imports should receive these letters. The Deed should be sent to the trader as a blank for completion on their headed note paper
