The event included a presentation by Adam Lennon, Deputy Director and Service Owner for Family at HMCTS. Adam provided an overview of the journey so far, discussed current issues and and introduced the project’s future plans.

He demonstrated:

  • the new online service for professional users
  • the new paper route
