This document provides information for school leaders on how to access subsidised tuition for pupils through the National Tutoring Programme (NTP) for the 2022 to 2023 academic year.

NTP provides subsidised tutoring to help primary and secondary school pupils catch up on missed learning due to the pandemic.

  1. Updated 'National Tutoring Programme: guidance for schools, 2022 to 2023' to include more information about the the grant recovery process and the mandatory year-end statement, which will be available from 4 September until 29 September 2023. For the academic year 2023 to 2024, we have adjusted the subsidy figure to 50% and added a link to the allocations.
