Increasing the interaction among primary school pupils by strengthening the educational system.

From November 2013 the British Embassy in Macedonia has been providing support to the project “We Are All Equal” which targets primary schools in Macedonia in order to have strengthened interaction and cohesion among pupils.

The project includes training for 320 primary school teachers from schools in Macedonia. It will enable the teachers and the educational system to use strengthened teaching materials and tools and complement the existing formal teaching plans in mutual understanding.

The themes which are subject to the project support are interdisciplinary and they include the rule of law, basic human rights and respecting the diversities. The famous children TV show PET Plus will be providing media support to the project and improve accessibility of the benefits of the project.

The implementation of the project is done by the civil society organisation OXO with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science and the British Embassy in Macedonia.
