UKTI Security Trade Mission visits Kazakhstan

From 21 to 25 October 2013 UKTI Security Trade Mission comprising from 10 UK companies specialising in border management, the protection of the oil and gas industry, and the protection of critical national infrastructure including airports and ports, will visit Kazakhstan. This visit will be the first of its kind and will demonstrate the world-leading capabilities that the UK has to offer to Kazakhstan’s public and private sector industry specialists. This mission follows a series of successful government to government engagements, including the recent visit by the UK Prime Minister.

The purpose of this UKTI Security Trade Mission’s visit to Kazakhstan is to meet key decision makers and potential partners in the Kazakh Security sector. There will be events in Astana and Atyrau accompanied with presentations from both the Kazakh and UK side.
