The Government of the United Kingdom this week donated key pieces of equipment to the Direccion Nacional de Control de Drogas (DNCD) and the Policia Nacional to support the capture of best evidence in criminal investigations. This donation follows similar key investments in Dominican law enforcement by the UK over the past 18 months to strengthen capacity with a view to increased prosecutions.
