The British Embassy in Moscow has produced a helping-hand guide for visitors to the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, to help them stay safe and enjoy their visit.

It gives important information about travelling to Russia, details of where to find the latest travel advice, emergency contact numbers and many more helpful tips.

A basic guide to the currency and Cyrillic alphabet is also provided with key phases to help them make the most of their stay.
