Malaysia - Ecobuild Southeast Asia Mission
This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government
Market your business at Ecobuild's inaugural exhibition 15 to 20 September 2013 in Malaysia. Southeast Asia’s biggest green build event.
Ecobuild is the world’s biggest event for sustainable design, construction and the built environment. Its inaugural exhibition in Kuala Lumpur will be strategically co-located with Green Build Asia – Southeast Asia’s biggest green build event which last year attracted 11,000 trade buyers and 450 exhibiting companies from 32 countries.
The global green building materials market is projected to reach US$406 billion by 2015, with Asia-Pacific topped to be the fastest growing market in coming years.
Growing prosperity in the region has led to increased urbanisation. The resulting housing shortage and demand on critical resources have meant that Governments in the region have prioritised spending on infrastructure and sustainable development, introducing numerous green incentives to lower carbon emissions.
Ecobuild Southeast Asia Mission takes place 15 September to 20 September 2013 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with registration open from 23 July till 15 September 2013 organised by UKTI Malaysia. Please contact Luke Williams or call +6 03 2170 2254
