The Scotland Office is the UK Government’s office for Scotland.

We ensure the smooth working of the devolution settlement in Scotland. We represent Scottish interests within the UK government and we represent the UK government in Scotland.

The Scotland Office is also making a positive case for Scotland to remain as part of the UK in the Scottish independence referendum which takes place on September 18.
