A correction has been made to the “How many people do we grant asylum or protection to?” chapter. The number of individuals which were ‘subsequently admitted into the UK asylum process for substantive consideration of their asylum claim’ (see section 4. Inadmissibility) has been revised, and the number now published is higher. The number in the chapter now matches the associated data table (summary table Asy_09a), which did not require revising.
