The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 involving substantial change to a permit from Faccenda Foods Limited.

  • Application number: EPR/ZP3837ZV/V003
  • Regulated facility type: S6.9 Part A(1)(a)(i) – rearing poultry or pigs intensively in an installation with more than 40,000 places for poultry
  • Regulated facility location: Derrings Lane Farm Poultry Unit, Tholthorpe, York, North Yorkshire, YO61 1SU

  • the materials, substances and energy it will use and generate
  • the conditions of its site
  • the source, nature and quantity of its foreseeable emissions and their significant effects on the environment
