Published a revised chapter 10 (version 9, dated March 2020).

Updated annex 2, now version 8. The logo branding at the top of most forms and letters has been updated. The exceptions to this are the MAN and MEN forms, the Exit report and WHP07. A Work and Health Programme provider memo will be issued shortly to explain the changes in more detail.

Revised chapter 10 (version 8, 11/19), the main change is the addition of a new section 'Participant referred as a mandatory Participant when they should be a voluntary Participant' at paragraphs 72 to 75. Some amendments have also been made to the 'Extended Period of Sickness' section at paragraph 30 and its actions information. Also published a revised annex 2 (version 6, 11/19).

Revised Work and Health Programme provider guidance. Changes have been made to chapter 3 paragraphs 24-26 including bullets and new actions that providers must take to back the referral out to close down the RTE feed.

Revised version of chapter 6 (version 4, dated 14/12/2018) - updated to include actions to take when a participant has complex needs or additional support requirements; and chapter 10 (version 5, dated 13/12/2018) - updated to clarify the disengagement and re-engagement process, and what to do when DWP notifies you of a change.

Revised chapter 10 (version 4, dated 09/11/2018). The revised guidance includes new sections on 'Informing Jobcentre Plus of an incident or accident on your premises' and 'Notification of Participant change of circumstances via unencrypted email paragraph'.
