Traces NT Contingency (How to pre-notify NI Border Control Posts when Traces is offline)

Please note, that emailed pre-notifications will not be acceptable in any other circumstances other than those outlined in Article 46 (Regulation (EU) 2019/1715)  

  1. Registered Traces NT customer can provide pre-notification of fish and fishery products, and high risk food not of animal origin (HRFNAO) by filling out the relevant document below.

  1. Completed CHED documents created during contingency must be emailed to the intended Point of Entry (contact details below) along with any other requirement documentation, such as health certificates.  
  2. Incomplete or missing information may result in your pre-notification being rejected.  
  3. Once Traces NT is back online, you, the customer, must retrospectively create an application for your consignment on Traces NT.
