This document details the department’s approach to the monitoring and evaluation of the Towns Fund (which encompasses both the Town Deals and the Future High Streets Fund) and is intended to inform the public and stakeholders of the rationale behind the evaluation and the eventual outputs it will produce.
The aim of this document is to set out a strategy that provides a set of activities, methodologies and evaluation approaches that can help us better understand what works and why, thereby supporting the implementation future local growth and regeneration interventions.
