Spend/transparency data for the month of December 2025 and when the file will be made available to view online? A copy of the December 2025 spend data.
2. Response
The SIA’s spend data over £25,000 for December 2025 is considered exempt under section 22(a)(b)(c) of the Freedom of Information Act. The information is held by the SIA with a view to its publication at a future date and this information is already held with a view to such publication at the time the request for information was made. It is therefore reasonable in all circumstances that the information should be withheld from disclosure.
We do not have a fixed publication date for publication of spending over £25,000 for December 2025. It is anticipated that it will be within the next 6 months.
