We've developed a service to upload certain Companies House forms digitally, instead of sending them to us on paper.

At Companies House, we’re closely following government guidance for working safely during coronavirus (COVID-19).

We’ve reduced numbers in our offices to maintain social distancing, and many of our employees are affected by local restrictions. It’s taking much longer than usual to process paper documents, forms and letters sent to us by post.

We’ve developed a service to Upload a document to Companies House.

This service will not be available for Companies House documents you can already send to us online.

  1. Latest release of the service allows users to upload share capital documents.

  2. Our latest release of the Upload a document to Companies House service includes forms SLP CS01 and SQP CS01.

  3. Our latest release of the service went live on Tuesday 1 September, which introduces the 2nd phase of insolvency documents.

  4. Service updated with the latest release to allow a selection of insolvency forms.

  5. The latest release of the Upload a document service is now live. It will allow users to upload more form types, including Scottish limited and qualifying partnerships, articles and resolutions.

  6. Our latest release of the service allows users to upload their change of constitution forms.
