Details
River traffic will be disrupted at Caversham Lock on Monday 26 July 2021.
This is to allow the safety improvements within the lock chamber by the re-installation of a diagonal rubbing fender adjacent to the chamber stairwell (lock office side).
We will manage these works to minimise the disruption to our customers by working in short periods of up to 1 hour, then enabling lock passage for periods of 1 hour.
We apologise for any inconvenience these works cause and thank you for your patience during this time.
