Accessing RISE support and local hubs
RISE advisers will connect you to regional hubs and peer schools. Engage early to secure places on networks, CPD and discovery visits.
English hubs
English hubs offer a range of support and continuing professional development (CPD) to primary schools to improve the teaching of early reading.
Find your English hub and contact them directly.
Maths hubs
Maths hubs provide support to schools and colleges to help them continuously improve mathematics education. Each hub is a partnership of schools, colleges, multi-academy trusts and other organisations.
Find your maths hub from the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM) website.
Music hubs
Music hub partnerships are made up of a range of organisations that work together to deliver high-quality music provision for all children and young people in and out of school.

Attendance and behaviour hubs

Early years stronger practice hubs
Early years stronger practice hubs provide funded support and advice to early years educators. They can help to improve quality by:
- sharing good practice via local networks
- offering evidence-informed professional development opportunities

Research schools
Research schools support the use of evidence to improve teaching practice. Each research school works with schools and trusts across its area to translate research into practical, sustainable school improvement. Supported by Unity and Norfolk Research Schools, the Evidence Network supports schools using evidence-informed approaches. This helps to ensure the best possible outcomes for all our students, particularly those who are disadvantaged. It hosts the popular Evidence Bites series of events for schools.
Sector-led networks

The RISE East of England Teaching Exchange brings together schools, trusts and leaders into a connected regional network, supporting collaboration and shared learning alongside practical key stage 2 support.
Whole school SEND regional SEND teams
Whole school SEND regional teams bring together experienced leaders from schools, MATs, and local authorities to strengthen inclusive mainstream education across England. They:
- connect the sector with DfE-funded CPD and resources
- share effective practice
- build regional networks
