Effective 1 June 2022, the additional tariffs, applied on certain goods originating from the Unites States of America, are now suspended. The statutory instrument that has given legal effect to this suspension is The Customs (Variation of Import Duty) (Amendment) Regulations 2022.

This document sets out the additional duties which apply on certain goods originating from the United States of America.
