Details

If the UK leaves the EU without a deal, the Recognition of Professional Qualifications (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 will come into effect, and make changes to the existing regulations. This guidance explains the duties and obligations for competent authorities in that situation.

Until this time, the European Union (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2015 remain unchanged and you should refer to the existing guidance.
