The RBA became statutory in September 2021. This equality impact assessment remains valid for the academic year 2023 to 2024.

The Department for Education conducted an equality impact assessment of the RBA, which provides an assessment of the potential impact of the RBA on pupils with protected characteristics. It is published for the information of all interested parties.
