Pubs Code: short agreements

Explains what a short agreement is and how the Pubs Code applies.

A short agreement in the Pubs Code is a tenancy at will or a tied tenancy of no more than 12 months. Most parts of the Pubs Code do not apply to short agreements where those agreements cumulatively entitle a tenant to occupy a tied pub for less than 12 months. This document provides detail on how it applies.
