Details

Schools that form part of a closed private finance initiative (PFI) contract and who want to convert to an academy should use the documents on this page.

Use these documents to create your academy’s:

  • funding agreement
  • school agreement (this will replace any existing governing body agreement)
  • principal agreement (this sets out DfE’s level of financial support to the local authority)

  1. Updated single funding agreement: mainstream with the second (h) option from 7.2g to 7.2h on page 11, footnote 5 from (h) to (g) on page 10, and footnote 6 from (i) to (h) on page 11. Updated supplemental funding agreement: mainstream with clause 3N from 3N to 3O and clause 3.O from 3M to 3N on page 5, and the second (h) option from 5B(g) to 5B(h) on page 6.
