UK Visas and Immigration guidance on how staff consider applications to enter or remain in the UK on the Temporary Work routes of the Immigration Rules, previously called T5 (Temporary Worker).

  1. The Temporary Work guidance has been updated in line with the Spring 2024 Immigration Rules changes. A full list of the changes can be found in the guidance.
