Network Rail are carrying out repair works to Osney Railway Bridge. They are repairing and replacing nuts and bolts underneath the bridge deck, as well as replacing concrete bag work around the central pier.

The works will be carried out from a moveable floating pontoon. This will be placed as necessary underneath the bridge and will have the capability to be moved out of the way, if required, to allow other river users to navigate safely under the bridge. Headroom available under the bridge will not be affected by the works.

A safety boat will be present at all times during the works. Please follow directional signage as well as any instructions given by officers of the Environment Agency and/or Network Rail personnel or contractors.

Please navigate slowly and with caution in the area of these works.
