These calculator tools are designed to help you track information on the tutoring you’ve provided during the academic year 2022 to 2023. This will help you to complete and return your year-end statement to the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).
Use these tools to:
- work out how much funding you’ll receive and how much you’ll need to contribute
- record the number of pupils, funded hours and total spend each month
- check how much you’re spending on tutoring to date
- note your total spend and tutoring hours to add to your year-end statement
- see your projected reconciliation calculation to get an indication of any underspend ESFA will recover
These tools are for the academic year 2022 to 2023 only. Do not use them to record tutoring for the academic year 2021 to 2022.
