This report presents the findings for 253 learners taking part in skills for jobs programmes and 272 on employability skills programme learning, surveyed as part of the national learner satisfaction survey (NLSS). It covers overall satisfaction and advocacy, performance on the main drivers, attitudes to learning and benefits of learning, and early leavers.
