This report presents the main findings for 2,000 learners undertaking non-accredited personal and community development learning (PCDL) and 1,856 learners undertaking adult learning provisions. These learners were surveyed as part of the national learner satisfaction survey (NLSS) 2009. It includes satisfaction with learning experience, satisfaction with teaching, meeting learner needs, information and support, personalisation, learner involvement and provider responsiveness, attitudes to learning and early leavers. The underlying data for this publication is also available in a machine processable format on data.gov.uk.
