This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) builds on the strong relationship between the UK and Chile on financial services. The primary aim is to share best practices and new developments in financial sector policy, regulation, and pro-competitive practices in order to promote the integrity and stability of the financial system, protect consumers, and promote growth. Its signature on Tuesday 13 December, celebrates more than a decade of Chile Day London events, that have brought together the UK and Chile financial services industries and policy-makers.
