The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Countrystyle Recycling Limited.

Regulated facility type
The application is a new 1.16.6 HCI site for wood storage only. The site will accept untreated and treated wood for storage up to 6 month on an impermeable surface and sealed drainage. Wood may come from customers but likely to get mostly treated wood from their own treatment site next door. Annual throughput will be 30,000 tonnes per annum. The proposal includes the potential for 24/7 operations.
