Aims to engage stakeholders and the general public in issues surrounding unsecured credit, and how the existing consumer credit and personal insolvency regimes could be improved. Focuses on the stages of the credit cycle: the decision to borrow, the lifespan of a loan agreement, and what happens when things go wrong. See also plain English summary version (URN 10/1201). Responses were due by 10 December 2011. See 11/1063 and 11/1341 for the government response to this call for evidence.
