Guidance for local enterprise partnerships (LEPs) to bid for round two BIS local enterprise partnership capacity funding. The capacity fund aims to help LEPs understand the issues facing businesses in their areas and allow them to develop and prioritise action plans. Relates to the application form (URN 11/1442) which were due by midnight on 13 February 2012.
