Details

This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Mrs Wriglesworth, in her role as Supervisor of an IVA, breached the fundamental principle of Professional Competence and Due Care of the Insolvency Code of Ethics when she;

a) failed to respond to correspondence from a creditor in a timely manner, and b) drew unauthorised remuneration of £300, unapproved expenses of £240 for the review and assessment of potential payment protection insurance (PPI) claims and a £27 monthly software support fee.
