Details

This Order is made in relation to a complaint, from a creditor that Mr Sadler in his role as Liquidator of a Company breached the fundamental principle of professional competence and due care of the Ethics Code by failing to:

a) Respond to correspondence; and b) File an annual progress report with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with Insolvency Rule 4.49C(6) of the Insolvency Rules for the period ended 14 August 2015

Accordingly, Mr Sadler was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
