On 11 August 2016 the Interim Orders Committee of ACCA considered imposing an interim order suspending the insolvency licence of Mrs Nicola Lesley Francis of Altrincham, United Kingdom, on the basis that it is necessary to do so in order to protect the public.
The Committee concluded that it was necessary to impose an interim order in this case and that it was appropriate that Mrs Francis’s insolvency licence be suspended for eighteen months.
